Shipping methods

Orders completed by (business day) are shipped the same day, in order of priority, with ELTA PORTA PORTA courier within Attica & ELTA PORTA PORTA outside Attica.

Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed within GREECE are shipped within 1-3 DAYS, as long as it is a business day.

Shipping costs are free for every purchase over €200. So is the first change you're likely to make. In the case of a purchase of less than €300, the shipping costs are €5.50. Cash on delivery costs are also 2.50.

The products are all in our store available immediately, the delivery is 1-2 DAYS and you receive your package within 1-2 working days for land shipments within Attica and 1 working day for shipments outside Attica. For shipments to island regions, shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on the region. If it intervenes, please note that the transport company/courier does not make any deliveries. As an exception, if you want to receive on a SATURDAY, you will be charged an additional 2.50 euros.

Parcel shipping to Cyprus takes 7-8 working days, and payment methods are only by card or paypal.

For shipments to Cyprus the shipping cost is €19 fixed regardless of the number of products

If you live near our GIO API store, and if you wish, you can pick up your order in person. The right to collect from the store is for everyone and must be implemented within 2-3 calendar days of the order. In any other case, the order will be canceled and the product will be returned to the store for sale!

Also in order to avoid any delay, please in your order use an active and registered e-mail address (e-mail) as well as an available correct telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order.

Loss package

GIO API cannot be held responsible in case of delivery delay or loss of your parcel due to the carrier/courier.

In such a case, that you do not receive within the mentioned deadlines, initially the company carries out a check with the courier, which can last up to 7 days at most.

During this period, no compensation or retraction will be possible. If there is no update within 7 days, the order is cancelled, so if you have paid by credit/debit card or PAYPAL, you will be refunded.
