Return Policy

You have the right to return the product you received within 5 calendar days at no cost whatsoever and request its replacement with another size or product or a refund in the following ways:

On the delivery note that the carrier will bring you, write that the parcel is sent to: GIO API with a charge to the recipient.

Call us at 6972111793, send us an email at INFO@GIOAPI.COM For returns within Greece you do not incur transport costs, as long as you use the transport company we will indicate to you. For returns from abroad, the return costs are borne by the person making the return.

Return of Incorrect or Defective Products

In the event that you receive a defective product or there was an error during the execution of your order, such as sending the wrong code, in relation to what you ordered, you have the right to request its return, with the same return procedure mentioned above. Upon receipt of the returned product, GIO API will check its status and establish the defect or error in the execution of the order. If you wish to replace with another product, you will have to proceed with a new order, of course without shipping charges. There is always a chance that if you want the item you originally ordered in a different size or color, it is out of stock. In case you do not wish to replace the product or this is not possible due to lack of availability, we will refund you the amount depending on your payment method. The exact procedure follows in the next section "Refunds".

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned item, the return approval process, product inspection and refund process begin. The products are checked as to whether they meet the aforementioned terms and conditions. If the return is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail about the refund according to your original payment method. The company proceeds with the refund as provided above, using the same means of payment as those you used in your original transaction.

Order Cancellation – Right of Withdrawal

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

1. Before shipping the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address INFO@GIOAPI.COM or by calling 6972111793.
2. After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 5 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free product return, the product must be in the perfect condition received without damage and must be complete, in its original packaging. All footwear must be tested on carpet to avoid wear and tear. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, you will be refunded in full within 5 working days of the order cancellation date to a bank account that you indicate to us.
